Ratio & Output Speed

The output speed and torque characteristics depend on the selected reduction ratio.

For an input speed of approximately 1440 RPM:

• 5:1 Ratio approximately 300 RPM comparatively lower torque

• 10:1 Ratio approximately 144 RPM moderate torque

• 15:1 Ratio approximately 96 RPM moderate torque

• 20:1 Ratio approximately 72 RPM moderate torque

• 25:1 Ratio approximately 58 RPM moderate torque

• 30:1 Ratio approximately 48 RPM moderate torque

Note: Lower reduction ratios provide higher output speed with comparatively lower torque, while higher reduction ratios provide lower output speed with comparatively higher torque. Actual torque capacity depends on the gearbox model, size, motor power, and application load.
